Neville Jermyn
England

Neville's method of working is precise and focussed. His paintings often convey a desire to create delicate and technically accurate marks. He has an independent approach, finding specific methods of working that take his interest.

Neville finds making work most engaging when it relates to a specific subject matter that is of interest to him. He has a keen fascination with the environment and animals (particularly dogs) and they are often chosen as starting points in his work. His 'Dog at Night Time' picture became a key element to one of the group collaborations he was involved in at Project Art Works. The project 'Favela' was a multimedia exploration of both the home and street environment. Neville’s piece set the tone of the final installation, a lone dog roaming the streets lit only by the stars and passing comet.
